Our relationship with a customer consists of 
three life cycles of equal importance  :

1. Pre-sales
Prior to any sales or quotation, we like to discuss direct with our potential customers to define their requirements.  For that purpose we also provide demonstration of the most common test equipment (when available) in our labs in order to determine the optimum configuration.

2. Sales
The high quality tribotest equipment of Falex Corporation and the specialized test equipment of MTM KULeuven are available for sale in the Falex Tribology NV marketing area : Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Tribotesters purchased from Falex Tribology NV always include : EC import duties CE certification, Quality Control, On-site Start-up Assistance, 12 months warranty ex-works Belgium 
Reduced rates for training sessions.

The higher priced Falex test equipment can be  leased if necessary.
Lease conditions differ from country to country but generally consist of a 5 year lease with 60 monthly lease payments and a low residual value with purchase option.  This allows you to budget your purchase of a test machine over a 5 year period.

Lease contracts are subject to approval by our banking partner and require a preventive maintenance contract for the duration of the lease.


3. After sales
We want to make sure that the test equipment continues to run in optimal condition. 
For this reason, we offer extensive after sales support that includes :
    · One year free support by telephone and e-mail.
    · Training workshops for operators in our facility in Leuven.
    · Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Contracts.
    · Calibration and Basic Repairs.
    · Upgrading
    · Diagnostics.
    · Comparative tests to check equipment performance
