4. Feedback
and Reporting
Reporting is communication.
It is not a separate stage but happens on an informal basis throughout the
project.
Upon request, we
provide written reporting after the feasibility stage.
Final (or
progress) reports are provided after the test stage, which summarize the procedure and
give an overview of the test results.
We encourage a final
discussion on the elements in this report. This discussion is
important for both parties: it will ensure that there are no
misunderstandings and it will allow us to confirm the limits of
correlation of our test approach .
